The activities of BRAVE HEART FORUM can focus on providing a comprehensive support system for cancer survivors and those currently fighting cancer. These activities would aim to foster a sense of community, promote education, and offer emotional healing.

Survivor Story Sharing Sessions - Weekly or monthly forums where survivors share their personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs, helping others relate and find hope.
Support Group Meetings - Virtual or in-person support groups where members can discuss their emotional, mental, and physical experiences, guided by trained professionals or peer counselors.
Educational Workshops and Seminars- Webinars or seminars hosted by medical professionals, nutritionists, mental health experts, and cancer researchers to educate members on topics like treatment options, recovery, nutrition, and emotional well-being.
Peer Mentorship Programs- A mentorship initiative where newly diagnosed individuals can be paired with long-term survivors who provide guidance, advice, and support through their journey.
Wellness and Healing Activities -Organize activities such as yoga, meditation, art therapy, and other holistic practices that focus on emotional and physical healing, encouraging members to connect with their bodies and minds.
Cancer Awareness and Advocacy Campaigns-Participate in awareness programs, fundraising efforts, or campaigns to advocate for cancer research, prevention, and better healthcare access.

COUNSELLING SESSION

Peer Support Counseling

- Overview: Survivors provide emotional support to fellow survivors or those currently in treatment by sharing their own experiences and offering advice.
- Purpose: To create a space where individuals can feel understood, heard, and supported by others who have walked a similar path.
- Format: Group or one-on-one sessions where participants can share openly about their fears, challenges, and victories.

Resilience and Empowerment Counseling

- Overview: These sessions center on building inner strength, encouraging self-empowerment, and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
- Purpose: To help survivors and those currently undergoing treatment find hope and inspiration, boosting their confidence in overcoming challenges.

Caregiver and Family Support Counseling

- Overview: Sessions tailored for caregivers and family members of cancer patients, led by survivors who can offer insights into what helps both the patient and their loved ones.

Life After Cancer Counseling
