Peer Support Counseling

Format: Group or one-on-one sessions where participants can share openly about their fears, challenges, and victories.
Resilience and Empowerment Counseling 
Overview: These sessions center on building inner strength, encouraging self-empowerment, and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
Purpose: To help survivors and those currently undergoing treatment find hope and inspiration, boosting their confidence in overcoming challenges.
Format: Interactive discussions and activities focusing on developing a positive mindset, setting personal goals, and celebrating small victories.
Caregiver and Family Support Counseling
Overview: Sessions tailored for caregivers and family members of cancer patients, led by survivors who can offer insights into what helps both the patient and their loved ones.
Purpose: To guide caregivers in managing their own emotional health while supporting a loved one with cancer.
Format: Group counseling where caregivers can express their concerns and seek advice, and individual sessions for more personalized support.
Life After Cancer Counseling
Overview: These sessions focus on the challenges and adjustments of life post-cancer treatment, including dealing with long-term side effects and transitioning back into daily life.
Purpose: To help survivors make the emotional shift from being a patient to reclaiming their identity as a survivor.
Format: Discussions on topics like body image, relationships, returning to work, and maintaining a positive outlook after treatment.
Grief and Loss Counseling
Overview: This type of counseling is for those grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer or dealing with the loss of their previous sense of self due to the disease.
Purpose: To guide individuals through the grieving process, helping them to find peace and acceptance.

Post-Treatment Recovery and Rebuilding Counseling
